I had the thought that Tarrlok is pulling a Palpatine, as well. Which is to say that he is Amon.

They did the Holodeck-as-tool-for-mass-upheaval-of-natives in the underrated (IMHO) Insurrection.
That movie had plenty of flaws, but F Murray Abraham was the bad guy, and Picard got to do some good speechifying (the "how many people is too many" speech).
Too right on Crystal Skull being an homage, and DEAD ON on the film's place in the series.
Crystal Skull should have been titled Indiana Jones in the Age of the Atom. They HAD to do a scene where he survives a nuclear blast, cause it's awesome! If the concern is that he couldn't survive the concussive force, well,…
That is pleasantly surprising! I had no idea there was so much love for that movie. Shows what I know. (I tuned out after Muppet Christmas Carol, which I rather liked)
I'm looking forward to the movie, is all I know. Muppets with fart jokes is better than no Muppets at all (or Muppet Treasure Island or whatever the hell else they were doing with this property).
I was thinking the same thing. General Lane would be a good part for him (in the context they used him in Our Worlds at War, not necessarily New Krypton)
Tin Robot Drama
"it's Shakespeare compared to something like "Time and the Rani" or "The Twin Dilemma,""
Yeash!!!
I'd watch Laura Linney and Oliver Platt in just about anything.
I knew it was a winner
When:
"This is happening too slowly. Let's get married!"
"Quiet, I'm making out with a floozie."
Pretty sure
I'd watch any show that had Oliver Platt.
The Spoiler, The Saboteur, The Gremlin, The Bug, or some variation on the idea of one who sabotages another. Cause that's the idea, right? It's the one that ensures her destruction and isn't afraid to get corporeal about it?
Anthony Michael Hall and Chevy Chase
Just occured to me.
It's a Vacation reunion.
Wait a sec
Why doesn't he cameo in the new Conan film?
Spent 18 years and 20 million dollars
And failed.
For me it was:
"Where did everyone go? Oh, just a blink."
No closure?! What, so Rocky 4 never happened?
I never even opened the book, and I don't expect I ever will. mostly cause I know I'll just end up thinking how much better Bioshock was.
Zee win.
Right on with that song.
There's a version on Simon & Garfunkle: Live in Central Park that is very strong indeed.
