It was more faithful to the Silver Age Green Lantern than I expected.
Beyond that, it was a not bad, not great kind of thing. Sort of like the Thor movie. Except without any firm promises of a Justice League movie to bolster it.

I think Carlin definitely got better with age. What probably goes underappreciated is the way he played to several different kinds of fan at several different levels if irony.
I saw After Porn Ends last year, and it is truly harrowing. I followed it up with some French documentary about the sex industry that looked at it from a feminist "this is actually empowering, sheeple" POV. Wasn't very convincing in juxtaposition.
I can't feel too sorry for people that go out of their way to be on reality tv.
