I doubt it gets canceled, but I don't think the CW would pick it up if it did. They already have too many shows and they renewed everything.

If by genuinely unpleasant to watch you mean awesome, then I agree.

Both of those shows, which are superb, came to AMC fully formed. Weiner pitched Mad Men all over town and the Breaking Bad pilot was originally made for Showtime, then shopped to FX before AMC picked it up.
