Not the best episode, or even a particularly decent one, but a D+ is ridiculous given some of the depths this show has sunk to in previous seasons.

Seasons 2&3 are great, but this show hasn't been consistently funny since then.  You aren't missing anything.  I honestly don't know what so many reviewers/fans still see in this show.  It's fairly mediocre now.
