Wait hold up are you guys serious?
I want this to happen. I know it really can't cause like it's using some universes that are way in the past but damn, I want this to happen.
If this didn't get an A, I would have likely stopped reading the Agents of SHIELD reviews. Because this really was amazing and fantastic not just as an episode of Agents of SHIELD but as an episode of TV.
I know you put Let the Right One in but my mind automatically replaced it with Let Me In. I mean their kinda equal in quality but I do like the pacing in the American version slightly better.
As a millennial, I do not give a high grade to this show.
Gah. I wish I could get hired by Netflix Studios just so that I could sit in an office and watch every single episode to y'know get "acquainted" with the material.
Wait to people still watch this show?
I like Asher! He's the only one of the Keating 5 (other than Connor) that I like!
I like how there's a Sire War that has literally nothing to do with TVD. You'd think a Sire Line War would y'know affect both shows especially when Stefan/Damon went into so much trouble to find who sired them.
Plus we've already had fun psychopaths in the past. I feel like that and the fact that all Big Bads are ancient evils we only learn about as they become relevant to the story is a well TVD needs to start staying away from.
Oscar's the only interesting one. It helps that he's not a typical TVD villain like the rest of the Heretics.
Yeah, I agree the Heretics aren't really working that well. But I still like the show and I did have fun watching the episode (I agree with a B- or B grade…it's good if not excellent) so I'm just waiting out till the next chapter.
I didn't do the rankings last week because I had to help my grandfather drive from Philly to Houston cause his dog got the butt cancer but I think you would have been number one as well. Or not: I couldn't help but compare the episode to Freaks and Geeks who had a similar plot.
Well by the standards of the world, America is generally a center-right nation and there's very little real difference policy-wise between the Democrats and the Republicans despite what both sides might think.
Reagan is essentially a liberal who just hated taxes.
And it's not like Adam is a bad character or Sean a bad actor-he did get some of the funniest bits of the night (touching where Murray's mustache was and at the end). But I did notice his absence. I guess The Goldbergs ensemble is so good it doesn't need it's arguably central character to work.
So this week's rankings for me:
"But once he gets to the park, he’s calling Manny a “virgin” as an insult
(in front of Phil), and playing the smartass, despite missing the first
half of that word."
I saw the first few seasons and always meant to watch the rest since I did like what I saw. Never really got the hate, always figured it was because the show eventually went downhill.
