Why was she paging "911" over and over again?
Why was she paging "911" over and over again?
Who was paging Nick in the moments leading up to his suicide? I recall that the camera was focused on his pager in at least one of the earlier flash-forwards, so I assume it was of some importance.
What about loading screen games? Do those count as game mechanics?

ASP is a pretty cool set of initials. If he gets put in Slytherin (fingers crossed), he could have his initials monogrammed with an actual asp.
Sorry I misunderstood you! You're right, the laws governing what is and is not classified are generally arcane and nonsensical (see the first link), though I think it's worth pointing out that by this standard, everyone at the State Department would seem to be constantly emailing things that could eventually become…
It wasn't McGonnagal, but it was a movie script:
I don't get what's wrong with that name; James Sirius isn't going to go by Jame Sirius any more than Harry went by Harry James or Ron went by Ronald Bilius. Al will go by Al, just as we saw in the epilogue, and for all anyone knows (since people don't tend to spread around their middle names), he'll be named for one…
She didn't: The laws regulating the use of private emails weren't on the books until 2014, and no one at the State department puts classified information in an email, personal or government (because neither are particularly secure). The entire controversy as of now is a dispute between the State Department and the…
I don't know about that; certainly, the party itself isn't firing on eachother, but among people who are actively following the primary, it can get pretty bad. I won't say all the Clinton people are great (though the ones I know are!), but it's hard as a Hillary supporter to speak to some Sanders supporters…
They tried a few, but they've mostly fizzled: the IRS, the Shirley Sherrod video, the Acorn videos, Fast and Furious, stuff like that. Oh, and the birth certificate, which will apparently never die.
I have no issue with being critical in the general sense, but I have two issues with it that are specific to American politics that cause me a lot of worry:
I don't mean to be confrontational or anything, but that's not how probability works: there was a 100% chance of an outcome, regardless of how many possible outcomes (each with a ridiculously small individual probabilities) there are. Furthermore, while the chances of an individual outcome before an event can be…
There's a difference between being pro-something and being constrained by the political realities of this country. If he were really some kind of faux-liberal who's true purpose was to trick people into voting for his platform and then enacting an entirely pro-bank agenda, then we wouldn't have seen any of the…
I like wine.
It sounds like a Cards Against Humanity answer.
Thanks for the link!
Not really; the point is that Lincoln couldn't really have known any better, because the entire sum of his experiences was limited to the mid 1800s. The school exists in the present; it educates students in the present and it is subject to present laws and regulations, including those governing its name. The school…
They were going to throw him out; the only reason he wasn't expelled was because the attack on Vulcan interrupted his expulsion hearing.
