a) Since when is Wikipedia not a valid source? If you don't like it, go to the article and read the citations at the bottom; they're all from books and newspapers. Also, her article is locked, so it's not like I could have just put stuff in.
Before meeting Bill, Hillary graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in political science, where she served in student government and took part in several Democratic and (moderate, 1960s-style) Republican campaigns. She attended Yale Law School and worked on a senatorial campaign, on a research team…
Here it is!
I'd rather be ruled by Cersei; she doesn't care about the peasants as long as they stay out of her way. The Sparrows want them all to be subject to their totalitarian theocracy.
First scene of season 6: the rest of the Night's Watch stabs Dolorous Edd for being Jon Snow's friend.
Why are they all mailing lamps?
How great is Qyburn? He visits Cersei in jail, he comforts her after her walk of shame, he's more competent than Grand Meister Pycelle, and he successfully created a FrankenMountain! I've never liked Cersei, but now I'm half hoping that she and Qyburn kill everyone in King's Landing.
Why do they specify that it's only mammals? What, are birds not good enough to be in your movie?

It seems like that may not have been what happened:
I'm so glad you like The Casual Vacancy! It's one of my favorites, and I feel like a lot of people either don't like it or think it's too "edgy" to be JK's first book after Harry Potter.
Well, she wasn't trying to kill him with that first shot; she wanted information.
At least The Initiative ended after a season and was never spoken again. B613 is the plot line that would not stay dead.
I think it's more of "reappearances that make narrative sense" vs. "reappearances because we wanted to shock you without limiting our storytelling ability and this is the best way we could think to do it."
Would you expect Harry to see every single significant death himself? I would find that more unbelievable than someone significant dying outside of what one character can see of a massive battle.
I do the reverse every time there's a J.K. Simmons Newswire.
I don't understand the problems people have with his name. Of course he's not going by his full name all the time- no one in the book does, and they all have middle names. One of the most influential wizards of the past 100 years was named Albus; is it really unlikely that people would share his name? And even if…
