I was just thinking the other day that you don't see "one" often in print these days. For this reason, I would vote for "oneself", rather than pluralizing the whole thing.

I have to say I'm flattered, but, you know, I always bring the quirk, and you just don't know who's face I'm going to sit on next….Except not the handsome, strong, jock-types because that wouldn't be quirky.

Just wait
'till Bill O'Reilly finds out about this

To P.G. and Chit,

The thing I love the most about the whole thing is how you work a reference to a stained-glass window into such a story. The maid, I get, the baby - ok, but the stained-glass window in the bedroom? Fabulous.

I thought Freakanomics was an interesting read, neither awesome nor crap. Am I supposed to have believed and loved it, or not-believed and hated it? Sorry, I seem to suck at reading books.

Haven't thought about the Thomson Twins in a long time. Souse, presumably you can't use IE 7 where you are? What about Firefox?

I called Kris the winner and Adam the runner up weeks ago. I don't think it was deliberate anti-gay, it's just people voting for the familiar and safe.

She also has one hell of a forehead. If I had a projector, I could watch Dark Knight projected up there.

I am chagrined.

The French complained to the European commission about the name of Waterloo railway station in London. They thought it poor taste that Britain should name one of it's transport hubs after a French Maritime defeat.

Seems like there must be some variance in rainbow colors…My kids were both taught ROYGBP, unless that's a new thing, and in the olden days US did the ROYGBIV.

Roy g biv, are you English by any chance? I only ask because americans customarily recite six rainbow colors, whereas you're moniker seems to be aware of the seven I was taught in my youth.

So, does this movie officially jump-the-shark right from the trailer? That's some mojo.

I'd like Seasons in the Sun by Terry Jacks, anonymous internet community. Supposedly it was about suicide, I think, but the lyric fits just death, I think.

No. We need more quirk! Now.

Here's another suggestion (if anyone's still listening), wake him up at 4 in the morning and say "do me know". When he's half-asleep and as "hard as Chinese math", he might just not remember (I know I wouldn't).

I think it's funny too that in other seasons they've stressed things like star-power, etc. You can really sing, but I just don't see you being an idol, etc. Now they're stressing singing, although Simon is quite rightly pointing out that the viewing public is really choosing.

Really thought Gokey was for the drop this week
I had thought it was Danny or Allison until I saw Tues, but with Allison and Adam's duet, I thought she was safe, and Gokey was out on his ass.

I thought it was {hug}, not *hug*. The burly brackets (or are they braces?) are so much more softer and huggier than that sharp asterisk thing.
