Yeahhh…I like YYY and am interested in this new album, but I'm going to pretend that cover doesn't exist. Jebus.

"Where'd you get your zip-up top?"

I like to put on this song and imitate Cocker's sweet moves from the video.

I watched the Texans limp out of the playoffs.

This is the music my creepster 30 year old part-time substitute teacher friend (er, acquaintance) who still lives with his parents while smoking pot, writing awful short stories, and looking at teenage girls on tumblr all day loves. So take note, AV Club.

Yeah, I'm a little embarrassed to say I kind of want to see Warm Bodies, yet here we are.

I'm okay with that.

I thought he did a decent American accent in Kick-Ass. I didn't know he was British until I saw an interview with him later.

Move to Houston!

I can't stand "those types of movies" either (I'm more of a horror chick) and I enjoyed Silver Linings Playbook. It's coupled with Eternal Sunshine as the only somewhat "romantic' movie that I enjoy (though Silver Linings Playbook really isn't romantic). I'd say give it a shot, or at least rent it sometime.

I wish people would just leave well enough alone but I think Y: The Last Man has the most promise in terms of adaptation. I always thought you wouldn't even need to pitch a mini-series to HBO because the comic itself isn't especially violent or profane. AMC, FX, etc could do a fine job and reach more people.

"I'll have a chocolate vanilla swirl" made me laugh out loud. A lot.

I can't imagine her and Zooey Deschanel getting along.

WHO goes camping and doesn't bring a bunch of alcohol along with them? That bugged me.

I didn't hate it. It had some funny moments but the only consistent joke is in its premise, so it gets old real fast.

Details? I like hearing any "I met so and so" story, good or bad they're usually amusing. I also try to keep my distance with people I admire so as not to sully my respect. I did happen to meet John Baizley of Baroness and he was quite nice.

There's an Evil Dead musical that shows in Houston every now and then. I love horror and generally loathe musicals, so I'm torn on whether or not I should see it.

And *I* feel terrible about laughing at this.

Can you or have you done a Primer on Dolly Parton? There's someone with an overwhelming catalogue to pick through. I got obsessed with the song "The Bargain Store" and wanted to know if that was a good album to start with (the complete album wasn't on Spotify).

Aww, that was my favorite as a kid. My Mom calls me every time any Charlie Brown special is on to make sure I'm watching. I'm 28.
