I want to think they'd go back to the Hilda well because that would be hilarious, but I feel like it would be dropped, especially since we don't really know where the episode falls in order (though I agree that after VSA works well). Seeing Britta try to do couples counseling on Abed and Hilda would be crazy-awesome.
