The show had its flaws, but it had one of the best ensembles, IMO. Honestly, I thought Matthew Perry was the weak link even though his work wasn't all that bad, and I love him.

Danny Pudi is half Polish, but he reads more as Indian. And his father was played by Iqbal Theba who is Pakistani. Hearing one of the writers try to excuse that was one of the more annoying moments on the DVD commentaries.

One of the most astonishing anecdotes I've heard on a podcast: Retta saying that she auditioned for Donna on Parks and Rec along with Octavia Spencer.

I loved that show too, and thought it was really underrated.

I preferred MADtv, personally. Partially for that reason.

IA. I didn't watch it on a regular basis, but it wasn't bad at all. And I always enjoyed the eps I watched.

I love this on so many levels.

Between this and Kevin Nealon turning 60 today, I'm pretty numb.

You should have used your Jay Sherman account for this comment.

Mine was "Last Exit To Springfield", so it was all downhill from there.

Eh, every "classic" episode has its non-fans. I like this episode just fine, but I was surprised at how passionate people are about it. I consider it average by classic Simpsons standards.

And here's why you should too.

She seemed like she was perfectly constructed for pro-ana livejournals/tumblrs/whatever was cool at the time.

You made me remember that I loved Tom and Kes.

I was prepared to hate MV when I first starting watching Heroes. But I ended up really liking him there. I also stopped watching Heroes after S1, so I've stayed in the "like" mode.

Oooh, I loved Lily and Damien.

Yeah, it's why I don't bother with the GG reviews here.

Maybe the Armond White gimmick commenter will show up for you.

IA. I loved Wes/Lilah.

Jackie/Hyde was terrible. I really wish they had followed through with Donna/Hyde. Oddly, I think Eric/Jackie might have been interesting.
