It was pretty bad. I'm more forgiving of romantic comedies than most, but I didn't enjoy that one. I can barely remember it, which is even worse.

That's because Golden Girls was amazing.
Good: As Tumblr pointed out he looks like George Bluth Sr. from the Caged Wisdom videos.
@avclub-ea93d61158b479315c8e0d4cd003ec35:disqus , that's what I was getting at. Some networks do certain things better. ABC does more "female friendly" programming. And it has the best musical show on T.V. right now, which is the faintest of praises.
I liked the cast and was really excited about the plot/setting, but I just couldn't get into the show. I think I lasted about half a dozen episodes in Season 1.
I feel like ABC might have been able to do Smash better, if it had to be on a major network.
a glorified basic cable channel.
I'm going to miss @cabspaintedyellow:disqus 's modified Noel Murray reviews and the excerpts from Smash that Noel Murray posted in the Stray Observations section.
I would say it had a cult following with some critical acclaim. But I never thought of it as a hugely popular show.
Hulu Plus has all the episodes too.
Me too. I think it was one of the few times where a show addressed white privilege.
I don't remember that one.
@avclub-fbca7c48c185890bd31f538b91ba5fbb:disqus , I was born in '78, and I love Daria. But then again, I suppose I'm an immature '78er.
I loved, loved, LOVED Daria and Brittany's strangely sympatico connection.
People who don't watch or never have watched Daria don't seem to realize that she was called out on her B.S. fairly often. And there were plenty of times where she was in the wrong. And the characters weren't any more one note than characters on other shows.
Marmaduke references never fail to make me laugh (Daria, Scrubs, Community).
I've been rewatching Daria off and on for the past year. And I can barely remember this episode. For some reason, I didn't like it when Daria went outside of its millieu. I finally forced myself to watch that episode with the holiday characters a couple of weeks ago.
No, I enjoyed the movie quite a bit. And I thought it was mostly good.
I think the 25th season will be the last.
I think I'm blind.
