It's actually just "No" (bu), but in Chinese you can't just say "No", you have to say "No+verb". In Chinese that's usually bu yao (no want). So in Revenge of the Sith's Chinese subtitles, it was correct translate no as bu yao, but not so much translating it back into "do not want"
