I'm gonna go ahead and say it
I find the Kills and anything related to them insufferable. I date this feeling back to the time I saw them opening for someone, and the two band members ended their set dry humping their instruments and each other to a Captain Beefheart cover.

Palin/Bachmann 2012!

Naughty America
Not sure if it's been mentioned, but that photo totally looks like a preview picture for Naughty Bookworms.

and Mackey Sasser

&
Dylan, Kerouac, Andrew Hill, Skip James, and the Minnesota Twins

My big problem with Wilco, and with most bands in general, is that they can't be all things to all people all of the time.

On clear windowpane

hard to argue with that one, but i've always especially hated:

Kyuss is completely destroyed by the singer and his lame ass singing/lyrics

INTO THE VOID

Always preferred Ride the Lightning.

Oh yeah, one more thing
Saint Vitus - Born Too Late is nearly as essential doom as Sabbath.

Nice to see some metal writing in the Onion
Needs more Celtic Frost

BANG!
I so totally want to do her.
