I know bacon is cliche now, but I really like the LeRaysville bacon cheddar. Their 4X cheddar makes a killer toasted cheese sandwich, especially with a nice dollop of good brown mustard.
Tomatoes? Lettuce? What the fuck are you talking about? A taco is meat, cilantro, onions and salsa on two warm corn tortillas. Maybe a sprinkling of crumbled queso fresco if you wanna get all fancified. Anything else is unworthy of the name TACO.
