@avclub-b9a8f4af85454f7c56c06f0a39e7ec23:disqus You know when you're watching some YouTube video, and you scroll down to the comments for some reason, and at first you chuckle but 15 seconds later you have to get far, far away from it all? It'd be like that, all day.

AND it's served  with a little slice of cantaloupe!

I will admit to having quite the crush on him - it's the flannel, and the beard.

This moving has a running time of 89 minutes. How many more would you need to discuss music, and race, and the white co-opting of black music and cool with no thought to giving credit, and so on?

@avclub-f7f8eb12e0f61a9321597157c0d61791:disqus Only recently did I realise that Will and Jada Smith named their children after themselves - Willow and Jaden.
Ugh.

Dude. Orlando Bloom turned being kind of pretty and not-that-great-an-actor into roles in two money-amassing trilogies, I don't think he's too hard up for cash. Though his supermodel wife did just lose of her big contracts so maybe things are a little tough round the ol' Kerr-Bloom household.

Jessica Williams for me. It's the shouty voice, God, I hate hate hate it.

'Whole thing of candy beans', I chuckled to myself yesterday, watching a guy on the subway eating candies of some ilk.

I'm not sure I know it… is it anything like 'E5C4PƎ'?

Yeah, spider lashes with a fuckton of eyeliner along the lower lid (and the inner part of the lid at that). God I'm glad I was too young for makeup at the time, though I did manage to jump on the different-shade-of-lipliner bandwagon of the late '90s, for some reason.

Eh, it was a different time, remember. Pre-9/11, no major wars going on (that people spoke of, anyway), good economy, real estate bubble… It's pretty all-round embarrassing to remember the wailing and hue and cry after her death. Now we'd all just shrug and go back to drinking our problems away.

She wasn't a beautiful woman, sure, but she wasn't ugly. Naomi Watts, however, is luminously gorgeous.

The female part's a little underwritten!

Wait… guy named Peter… sleeps with prostitutes… dementia-addled mother… Latino nurse…

@avclub-236e42b5af241c85d97910f5c1aa6107:disqus I don't want to 'like' your post because it's so sad but man, do I ever want to give you a hug right now.

It always seemed so faux-edgy to me. They live in New York! They drink cappuccinos! One of them use to be married to a lesbian! Can you believe it, Middle America?

Posts on here and blogs elsewhere have pointed out the parallels between Peggy's Abe and Megan - they're, obviously, the significant others of two main characters, the hipper halves of their respective couples, they're often dressed in a similar fashion in an episode, etc.
Abe just got stabbed (twice!). It wouldn't be

Yeah, I imagine these constant references to assassinations, violent protests, and crime in New York are all leading to some primary or secondary member of the case being gravely injured or killed by someone else's hand. No office suicides this time around, but I don't see everyone escaping this season unscathed.

real savage like fuuuuuu….

No thanks, I'm not selling.
