Last Man Standing.
Last Man Standing.
So did Auslag push Yidu on Ragnar knowing he couldn't resist? Hoping Yidu would ruin him. Didn't she even encourage it? That would be a mighty power move. That said this series just keeps getting stronger and more surprising. That kid who plays Ivar seems like he might be able to really do justice to the role. He's…
Purple Rain was the soundtrack to one of the best, sweetest and dirtiest summers of my life. R.I.P. and thanks you nasty, nasty little man.
I blow my nose at you and your so called "Premium Cable". You and all your silly American showrunners. Now go away before I taunt you a second time.
Yeah, it was just fake drama. Are any of the leads going to shoot each other in the first episode? Nah. It might have been fun it they had opened with that standoff scene and the flashed to "27 Years Later," like the old
"X-number Hours Earlier" trope… but in the future, you know because time travel!
It was a lame trope 10 years ago is my complaint. Why do the writers keep this lame shit up is the real question.
Why do super villains always say that they're like the super hero? Zoloman is a lot more like Charlie Manson than the Flash.
I love that Cisco sees his meta-ability, and it's possible drawbacks, through a Star Wars lens. Great character writing.
Time travel shows never make sense anyway but a time travel show with murky character motivations..? It just seems like they're manufacturing drama just to keep you tuned in. I thought about her dropping the vial if he shot her too. If THAT had been what had started the plague I would have been totally on board. But…
Isn't Coles whole motivation to stop the plague? Isn't that the show? He could have done that with one bullet. Like he shot that doctor in the face. So now he just wants to save his friends instead of the entire human race? My real problem is that the writers are just trying to muddy peoples motivation strictly for…
So this was just a mess. I liked last season but this was bad. Cole kills the traitor doctor without a second thought but doesn't kill Jennifer who is going to start the plague… in like two seconds from now if he doesn't stop her. But that's OK because now Cassie is the stone cold killer from the future this season.…
It really seems like that last episode was a hard re-cap of everything they've done and now the writers could really get to some new character arcs for everyone.
Not bagging on them, they are just not my thing. Which is why I didn't mention them.
So last fall I was very surprised to realized the CW was my favorite broadcast if not favorite network. But with The Flash losing it's way, The 100 just becoming a mess and Legends of Tommorrow never getting off the ground… oh well. iZombie though is my favorite show on TV right now. That's due to the showrunners not…
Yeah, gouging out eyes is kind of a diplomatic party foul. So is child murdering. So her real strengths are probably genocide and power grabs. The actress opens up shades of character but this is the same old stuff. KIll 'em all.
The big tip off is her wanting some attention and him just ignoring her.
I think whoever that actress is does a great job of bringing depth to what could be just another power hungry player. I think at this point having a character on a "Kill 'Em All" tear is just a lazy 100 trope. How many times do we have to see this?
Totally into Cave of Qud right now. A little to much so I'm going to lighten it up with some Darkest Dungeon.
So judging by that Fear The Walking Dead first episode, Lexa definitely died in vain.
I thought that this was the best episode in a long while. All the main surviving 100 had to stop and face everything that they've done and has happened to them sit with it for a bit. The reason I fell for this show is that no one is innocent. This show has so focused on plot movement that there was never really time…
