I liked how the guy was standing right next to the explosion and was thrown like 3 feet away, and was not hurt at all even though the explosion was big enough to be seen from the road.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if that is what happened. She died pretty quick from just getting a C-section. That's a kind of a routine operation, even without anesthesia, she shouldn't have just died. I imagine she probably just passed out.

Dexter killed a photographer in Season 4, I believe. It turned out that the photographer was innocent and it was actually his assistant that was killing people. So Dexter killed an innocent man and the show just kinda forgot about it.

dawesterity The negatives aren't really a problem. I doubt LaGuerta's going to go looking for them and I don't really think the family is going to notice that missing photo. The point is to keep the photo away from LaGuerta.
