Batman is far more narratively invincible than Supes, at this point.

Not to mention that the agent of his corruption is a superweapon that Cap had ordered destroyed, but was instead used by America's shadow government to reeducate undesirables by psychically violating them.
"A Better World" does a pretty damn great job, too.
I really commend the MCU for realizing that the world needs a Superman character, and doing him incredibly well.
Recasting Cap as an Agent of Hydra isn't a "grim and gritty" thing so much as a "look how easy it is for our most sacred institutions to be subverted by fascism when we choose to take the easy way out, or blame others for our failings" thing.
I dig…Logan definitely has his own shit, but it's different from the child soldier mindset that Scott has.
I think you hit it on the head with the last point, haha.
I can usually find Eagle Rare's 10 Year in the $30 range.
Good point.
My issue isn't so much Wolverine's perspective as the idea that using children as soldiers in any way conflicts with "Xavier's Dream."
He talked shit about Wolverine for trying to moralize about killing despite being a killer.
Black Bush is fantastic. For my blood, it's the best non-bourbon available in the states at that price point.
Glenmorangie has similar honey notes to Jamie, but is a little better.
"Do you care for bourbon?"
I know Jefferson's Reserve charges out the nose for an "aged at sea" version.
Yes!
Saying that a category that Glenmorangie falls under is "smokier" than any other form of whiskey, is in fact, entirely wrong.
"51 percent corn, made in the USA and aged in charred oak barrels" doesn't take 44 seconds, haha.
Irish whiskey doesn't fall under any of those categories, either.
"Lagavulin, neat."
