I mean, Danny pretty much runs Rand into the ground in the comics, because he has no idea how to run a company.

Is this an argument against Diamondback's being awesome?

I think the show was pretty clearly pushing the idea that Danny's conception of "the right thing" is insanely stupid and destructive in the modern business world.

As a straight man:

S2 of Luke Cage should be Heroes for Hire, and S2 of Iron Fist should be Daughters of the Dragon.

And it's worth noting that these guys are supposed to be an order of magnitude more powerful than anyone Matt faces, other than perhaps Nobu…and Danny beats them all fairly easily.

Yeah, I loved this ep solely because it was so cheesy.
