Watching insane people is a disturbing experience.
The last time I felt the same way a girl of my acquaintance was telling me she received regular telepathic messages from a race of aliens who live on the parallell Earth that mirrors our circuit of the sun.

Excelsior, true believer!

But.. Tony Stark (Tony "super genius" Stark) acknowledges him as Hugh Hefner in Iron Man, which means he's clearly not Uatu. And don't tell me Stark wouldn't know a near-omnipotent member of a race of transgalactic super beings if he saw one.

He's better in The Scalphunters, that's for sure.

I'm not really embarrassed by it, but watching the Buffy episode, The Body.

Meh.

If he can beat up Newman in his own movie -and is also an honorary member of The Magnificent Seven, he can climb a damn rock without a stunt double.

Quoting ol' Percy Bysshe Shelly, an atheist, for extra subtext.
Very nice.

Nicholas Cage plays a hero called, "Rayford Steele". Tells you everything you need to know about this movie.
Is that former stunt man and second unit director Vic Armstrong who colluded in this?

Naah, George Kennedy's the big sweaty guy who beats the crap out of Paul Newman in Cool Hand Luke. Always has been, always will be.

I always thought it was a piece of shit, though I remember enjoying Hans Gruber's performance.
Having Robin ride from Dover to Nottingham via what looks like Hadrian's Wall in about twenty minutes was just ridiculous and it went downhill from there.

You've clearly never been to the bathroom stalls in any British railway station.

What's the Hauer movie with Jennifer Jason Leigh in a body stocking? The one where they catapult infected cows into a besieged castle?
(I haven't seen it since the '80's, and it's been a long hard road since then.)

I was grateful for the double-take; first time around I was gaping at his awesome deltoids; maybe even better than Creel's on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., earlier in the week
It's lateral raises that does it. Presses just don't build mass in the same way, apparently.

Fishburne is only 52? I would have guessed a decade older.
He needs to slow down.

Of course, True Detective 2 is actually going to be a mindless wacky buddy comedy with lengthy ad-libs, cross dressing, alligators and exploding scenery that confounds every expectation, because that's what the Yellow King wants.

Which is Logan's real name, right? James Howlett?

"Braking"?
You start trying to stop yourself as soon as you start?
I used to date a girl called Maria. I used to have to "brake" myself from "breaking" into song everytime I met her.

The artist who worked on the first 20 or so issues of Conan the Barbarian was also a Barry. Conan was a definite highlight of '70s comic book art, even if the man himself turned out to be a pretentious, delusional, navel gazing douche.

Yeah, well, this Andrew reads T.S.Eliot, Keats and James Joyce. ( While he also may cry at a sunset , he still laughs at dick jokes, but he is not a jock.)
He also seems to be worryingly dissociated. Perhaps he should look into that.
