What if the writers are trolling us and Finn's never actually going to lose his arm in the main continuity?

I feel like this is the true Walter White. He's got a couple of arbitrary morals to keep himself in check but he's fundamentally an arrogant, controlling person who will do anything to ensure his fantasy world with a happy, well-to-do nuclear family is in-tact.

"Asami will always be a friend" is a little less evasive though.

@avclub-976e5a7c9f5586745269c99891652285:disqus  We would call that Fatal Alcohol Syndrome.

It was pretty awful of Finn to write that letter to FP. The thing about her not even being able to kiss him? Dick move.

Oh my god, this makes so much sense.
They wouldn't have spent that much time on the depression in the bed otherwise.

Loved this episode. Loved the heist plot, loved getting a look at Jake's past, loved getting to see Jake kick ass, and loved that we got to see Jake Jr. again and have Jake act like his protective father self.

I wonder where J.T. Dawgzone fits into Jake's timeline

That's true. The only problem with Mrs. S is she doesn't really monitor Sarah that much. Although maybe she's covering for her or something

What I like about all this is that Donnie's known her since she's a teenager. And if he's a monitor, then there's no reason Felix can't be Sarah's monitor. WHICH IS AWESOME.

Except that it looks like Oliver ended up taking out an equal amount (if not more) of the guards protecting  Walter without really knowing any of that.

I still don't get it. :(

No real meaning associated with it, just Felicity trying to start up some awkward small talk before she gets to her point. She probably would have said they were nice, because small talk.

I liked this episode less initially, there seemed to be all sorts of holes in logic which eventually all lead up to Oliver downplaying his competency. He sends Felicity in for the cliche casino scene because he doesn't think he can take on all of the men there, which he ends up doing anyways, and then he goes for the

. Nobody has superpowers yet, he doesn't call himself Green Arrow yet… This is still Green Arrow and it's still based in a comic book setting. If that doesn't work for you, you can think of it as some fantasy universe where hand-grabbing is lethal and there's a plant that cures everything. Whatever floats your boat.

Oh, you. If you're not just messing with me, then yeah, what drdarke said.

Forearm thing was kind of contrived, but this IS the comic book universe after all.
Your other complaints just don't make sense within the context of it being a TV show. If he killed Mr. Blank that easily it would have been boring, instead he survived a little longer and we got a cool fighting sequence out of it. In

I totally agree with the Oliver/ Laurel issues, but overall I'd give this episode higher.
Basically, every storyline besides the Oliver/ Laurel stuff was fantastic:
-I'm surprised I like Tommy this much, but they took what could have just been a jealous-best-friend-turned-villain plot and are making Tommy really

I was young enough when Heroes ended that I still enjoyed it, and if they got new writers, characters, etc. I'd be cool with another superhero-based TV show… But where exactly do they go from here? Claire kind of ruined everything in the last episode, as I recall.
