Thanks for mentioning Something Wicked. I really enjoy that book, but hadn't thought about it lately.

If you like Vonnegut, I highly recommend Karel Capek. I always enjoyed Vonnegut, but I was a little disappointed with him after I read War with the Newts and realized he had cribbed most of his style from it.

It's true what he says
I was stuck in a paper hat once. I tried to improvise my way out for several weeks before I came up with a better metaphor.
