Spectacular column, Mike. Thanks!

Mike D'Angelo is ending his Scenic Routes column. Another reason to visit the AVC at large bites the dust.

Yes, yes it should have. Good on whoever in Montreal's operations/marketing staff who decided do cut that video, because I can't imagine hockey operations knew about it.

Professional!

Ho. Lee. Crap.

Amy Acker is the lead in Fox's X-Men TV show, and now I am obligated to watch it.

The big thing about the Switch is that it can function as a portable console. You plug it into your tv and it's a normal console. You unplug it and you can play the exact same game from the exact same point on a tablet with controllers on the side that had a 3-6 hour battery life. It's also Nintendo's most powerful

Yeah, I've been even more focused on them than normal the past six months, and this is where things start to go wrong. I've also got two more places that the dentist said aren't cavities yet, but he will need to keep an eye on. And the best thing for those places is apparently flossing! Teeth are weird.

I dunno. I've just always been good about taking care of my teeth, I guess. I'm pretty paranoid about anything going wrong with them so I'm especially diligent. FAT LOT OF GOOD THAT DID ME!

I just found out that despite a lifetime of rigorous brushing/flossing/mouthwashing/avoiding sugar, I have developed my first cavity. My current mood is "Jeff Winger finds out he has slightly elevated levels of cholesterol". WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME, TEETH?!?

So apparently Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one of the best video games ever. My ability to hold off on buying the Switch is crumbling by the day.

And yet Raw and Smackdown got reduced to discussion posts! That are still longer than most reviews!

Univision!

That moment needed a Saved by the Bell style "wooooooooooo!" behind it.

I never watched Glee or AHS, but I always read Todd's reviews of them.

People need to stop trying to fit a racial metaphor where one isn't warranted. This isn't Jesse Owens winning gold medals in front of Hitler. This is a couple of movies made by two guys who get along to the point where Chazelle asked Variety to include Jenkins in a feature that is traditionally all about the Best

It sounds like they are at least cutting back on their pieces. LaToya did her Smackdown recap last night, but it has been cut from a review to a recap and she's no longer doing What's On Tonights.

I was less excited about the guest than I was about the podcast in general. Todd had good things to say about Glee when it was good, but it could break him like few other shows could.

I should have seen the backlash to this cover coming. Sigh. Twitter can't even let the fact that Jenkins and Chazelle by all accounts respect each other and get along prevent Moonlight vs. La La Land from being a binary choice.
