Huh. That is fascinating. We contain multitudes.

The 1991 version is one of my favorites of all time. Even if it weren't I would be steeling myself to be disappointed by this remake. It just looks off.

We look like Trent from Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.

Very off brand for a party that currently prides itself on non-consensual sex.

President Colby Mackelroy

Sounds like somebody watched The Prestige.

Somebody should make a CKII Patchnote a Day Calendar.

Cool cool cool.

So I just need to post last year's list on the page you linked to?

Hey, they actually disinvited him! Of course, they prefaced it by saying "the views of our speakers do not necessarily reflect the views of CPAC". Saying that kind of defeats the purpose of disinviting him, but whatever.

Can do!

Teamwork!

It was quite appropriate to the character, which is probably why this has been the most successful Millar thing (be it comic or adaptation) I've yet seen.

OSCAR POOL ANNOUNCEMENT!

Oh wow, that is stunningly accurate.

That thing with the record album would have driven me nuts.

Film

My list. Didn't listen to a ton of new albums this year.

I'm glad Arrival's screenplay got some awards love, especially since I don't see it having much of a chance against Moonlight at the Oscars. It must have been a paaaaaaaaaaain to adapt.

I considered including CEG and Galavant on my album lists, but I didn't want to give votes across categories to stuff that I was already repping hard elsewhere. And then I'd have been tempted to start including film scores, and that way would have lay madness.
