Oh, I never heard that! I would love to have been able to see that.

I loved how they made her up. Brilliant work and very good acting.
I had a hard time even watching the Gillian scenes in earlier seasons, because she was pure one-note plotting evil, but now that she's on the verge of losing it while grappling with her addiction and reduced circumstances, i find her much more interesting.
That's a good point. Frankly, I was hoping when Tara was pregnant with Tommy that they would make the baby a girl so that Jax would have to confront the roles and expectations for girls and women in his world. But of course, no.
It's not that Katey Sagal is being placed in a compromising position, but the character of Gemma is constantly subjected to these scenarios for the audience's entertainment.
Same here.
"his increasingly spastic efforts at revenge generated drama in much the
same way flailing in the produce aisle can generate a salad." is very fine
Same here. Actually, it's much more entertaining.
Oh good, I thought I had managed to forget a scene, but glad to hear it's all of us watching on BBC America, and not just me. I mean, not glad, but at least I'm not forgetting things. Unreal.
I've always been dying to know exactly what went down with Gray Matter, and excited that we might finally find out.
The whole thing reeks of split vote. see, e.g., Marisa Tomei's Oscar.
cleopatra! Ellen Fanshaw would even be happy to play it
Ha, you slipped in with similar info.
WNYC is doing a full recording, so at least there's that.

So hard to write and act, especially since they don't underline it for us.…
Applause!
If pressed to name just one Freaks & Geeks episode that really captures it all, I would name this one. It's just rich in absolutely perfect moments — Coach Fredericks turning out to be a very decent man who isn't a cheap teen movie stereotype jock, Bill's amazing afterschool grilled cheese ritual, and the honesty with…
I don't think so either, because he really cannot ever stop talking about how much he admires outlaw bikers. There will be blood, but ultimately he's going to give them a safety valve.
My fantasy spin-off of this show is Unser becomes a private eye on the beach and hooks up with the Terriers guys to solve crimes, but my second fantasy spin-off of this show is instead of going to Ireland for a season, SAMCRO goes to Harlan County and encounters Raylan and crew.
After all the "most shocking premiere ever!" hype they were cooking up, I asked my husband to watch this first and let me know if they were going to do anything horrible to one of Jax's (or another club member's) kids. They've gone to that well so many times I wouldn't put it past them to do it again, and it's one…
