I remember when my dad bought Flaming Pie when I was a kid and I ended up borrowing it and holding onto it for months. I must have listened to that tape a hundred times - such a lovely album.
Making A Murderer is the most enthralling yet frustrating thing I think I've ever seen.
I listened to both those podcasts too! I loved that You Made It Weird so much. It was funny how Dave seemed to kind of tease Pete about some of the more philosophical questions at first then really dug in and gave some great answers.
I'd say Wind-Up Bird Chronicle and Wonderland are tied for my second favorite after Kafka. The former is a bit longer than it probably needs to be, but the diversions are for the most part pretty enjoyable.
I really liked 1Q84, though it's definitely far longer than it needs to be. I agree on After Dark, I found it to be kind of underwhelming. Underground is actually non-fiction, it's about the terrorist gas attack on the Tokyo subway system some years ago.

Stop the Twilight Zone Marathon, I Want to Get Off!
Pretty much.
She's more of a stereotypical "leading lady" than character actress. She's just um…"Hollywood heavy" I guess? Which is to say perfectly normal and healthy.

I hope Kylo Ren declares he's a nice guy before getting decapitated by Ridley in Episode VIII.
For some reason I thought the word "older" was in there somewhere. So yeah, add Tollman to the list and we've got a whopping five!
Your outrage at a casual comment about history on a pop culture forum is reasonable and deserved and in no way indicates that you're a pedantic mouthbreathing turd.
Well you've got your Margot Martindale, Kathy Bates and…..</list>
Being in charge of an army doesn't mean you have to be slim. Howard Taft was technically in charge of ours at one point.
