I can't see Lin staying a "bitter old maid". She's going to come around. She's way too great of a character to waste on that storyline.

How much you wanna make a bet I can throw a football over them mountains? Well, if coach would have put me in 4th quarter, we would of been state champions. No doubt. No doubt in my mind.
I'm with you on this one. I ate the 1st season up, and I couldn't wait for new episodes to air each week during the S1 run. The 2nd season, not so much. I can't put my finger on it, but something is off. I still have the back half of S2 to watch, but no real desire to watch it.
"Trailblazer" is the best live album ever recorded!
I really think that Sullivan Stapleton doesn't get the credit he deserves for his performance in this film. I thought he was absolutely fantastic. He showed so much range, especially if your used to seeing him on Strike Back(which I love).

The commenters here are the reason I finally gave DS9 a chance after all these years. While reading the comments for the TNG reviews, DS9 was constantly brought up and being regarded as the best Trek series. I wrote it off when it first aired because it was a Star Trek show based on a space station, not a starship.…
Also, "Who are you working for?!?"
Vanquish is one of the best games I've ever played, hands down(I really hope they make a sequel, but I'm not getting my hopes up). That being said, I did feel it was too short, but it was so damn intense, that I really didn't feel I got ripped off paying $60.00 for it. Actually, I'm pretty sure I've played that game…
I have to agree with everything you said here. I have just started watching B5 for the first time through and when the show began, I said to myself, "Jesus Christ, this guy is just a terrible actor." But by about 4 to 5 episodes in, I warmed up to his style(and plus his acting had improved by then)and now that I just…

Ah, never change Firecest. Never change.
I'm currently watching season 2 of Strike Back and it's just a shitload of fun. It's like all my favorite 80's action movies rolled into one. Hopefully I'll get through season 2 this weekend and then I can move on to season 3. Now it's time for me to go watch Scott and Stonebridge go blow some shit up!
Yes, the S2 trailer is amazing, but I think it was the music that took it to that level. Just, chills…
That's fantastic.
Excited as fuck, motherfucker!!!
I had a similar reaction. I'm watching Babylon 5 for the first time and Jeffrey Combs showed up in a season one episode I watched yesterday called, "Eyes". I'm so used to seeing him covered in makeup that it was kind of a shock to see the face that goes with the voice.
In the DS9 companion, Ira Steven Behr talks about going up to Barry Jenner after shooting his first episode and telling him, "We've had other admirals on this show. We're glad we've found you. Sorry it took five years!" He goes on to say, "He brings a gravitas to the role, and yet you can see there's a man behind the…
You really should check out Jawbreaker. They're one of my all-time favorite punk bands. My favorite album of theirs would be "Bivouac" followed by "24 Hour Revenge Therapy" and then their debut album "Unfun". There's a reason their name gets dropped around here so often.
And we get two episodes to boot!
