I was really hoping we were going to get an epilogue showing the installation of the Debra Morgan/Dexter Morgan Memorial Bench right next to the LaGuerta Bench.

Can we please not with the Dexter spin-off? My TV completionist OCD tendencies will compel me to watch it, and I have so little desire to watch anybody from that show do anything anymore.

Anybody else think that once Vogel started playing 'Make Your Own Kind of Music' it was going to be revealed that Miami is actually its own Dharma station? Just me? Okay.

I really enjoyed that the shitty cellphone video that Dexter just conveniently had on his cell phone of Deb saving that guy was filmed from multiple angles, and that the show showed the video cutting to the different angles as Deb and Dexter watched it.

Meh. Fixing all of last season's problems (or attempting to) had the side effect of making this season boring. I'll stick around, but there was very little of the unintentional fun that made this show mildly worth watching.

I thought this episode was definitely worse than the premiere, I felt it was more clunky and awkward than anything. Especially in the Dexter/Vogel scenes - you could see both of them 'acting', most notably MCH.

So, at what point does this show go so far off the deep end that it is reclassified as a comedy? Because I laughed more than anything else at this episode. One of the better comedies I've watched recently.
