I really didn't get the Toby is attracted to Nellie as him thing. At the end when she let down her hair, was he so much less attracted to her? For some reason that just really made no real sense to me

It wasn't until I saw her absolutely awful interview on the Daily Show that she probably was a strange human being and not a very good actress. After that interview I'm not even sure if I can truly say that she was good in those first few seasons of Mad Men.
