I Will Probably Forget This Qu

I am aggressively pro-choice and pro-gay marriage, but what you are saying here is really messed up, that a person shouldn't care what the government does if it doesn't directly affect them.

You know he didn't say or suggest that, you're just being weird and trolly, right?

I wasn't wrong, but you were right; the scene I was thinking of did use a Bob Seger song, but it was "Katmandu".

I thought "Accompany Me" was later in the episode, but you're probably right.

If you hold out, aside from naturally getting cheaper, I bet they'll release a stand-alone version with only one aspect ratio, so hopefully you'll get lucky and it's whichever one you'd prefer!

Other than the pilot, that was the episode that was the most people's first episode, because it was presented by NBC as the back-half-of-the-season pilot.

One time I watched "Freaks and Geeks" on IFC, and the replaced music was so terrible that I couldn't look away.

That thing was so expensive that we will never acknowledge how awful the packaging is overall. It's a cool Freaks and Geeks related thing, but as packaging for DVDs, it's the worst.

Ten percent is kind of a lot, though.

That's not correct. The prices were not set that high in order to motivate people to rent movies; the fact that the prices were so high led to the development of the video rental business. By the time the distributors realized that they could make more money with a priced-to-own catalog than a priced-to-rent

I remember when that was announced, but I literally never saw one in any store anywhere, despite it being released at a time when I was buying VHSes regularly.

Given that you're talking about the Coens being politically conservative, you should probably address the fact that Raising Arizona explicitly says that Reaganomics has led H.I. to a point where crime is the only way he can get an income. And, as you say, it is sympathetic toward his crimes because of this. They

"nothing matters"

The line is accurate, but the surrounding story is quite different.

This is wildly exaggerated. There was a HUGE boost in 2009 when the movie was released, followed by a few years when the sales were down, but the sales now this year are about what they were pre-movie. The difference is that trades themselves are significantly more popular — in five years, the number of trades

I think that most movies dream about having a sequence that effective and to write it off because it's not "innovative" is ridiculous (though, I concede the accuracy that it isn't)…

I would love to watch this show for the cases, but the writers don't seem to bother to make them interesting, so it's kind of impossible.

I don't think it's fair to put Eastwood on the same list as those other actors, given that you can the number of living men who have directed him on one hand. If you direct 80% or more of the movies you are in, it shouldn't count for the list.

The good news is, the author is wrong. But the bad news is, you're more wrong. The Olympics have given participation medals since pre-1900.

Judah Friedlander did a great bit when I saw him about uphill skiing, but I think it was off-the-cuff and unfilmed.
