"Hey, guys, I'm going to tell you about my open wound."
"What wound? I can't see it."
"STOP ASKING ME ABOUT MY WOUND I AM REALLY SENSITIVE ABOUT IT."

"And why are you saying that I am having a fued?"

"It seems odd that pop culture sites are berating themselves for not talking about this when the pop culture creators aren't, to a major extent."

"You shouldn't write this because I am not interested in reading it" is not a legitimate criticism, it can be dismissed and ignored at all times.

"This makes a good point, but what format would this kind of news take on a site like this?"

Actually, no. He was an actor first, but he had very little success at it, so he switched to directing. Wikipedia has 15 acting credits (including a recurring) before anything as a director, though by the IMDb it looks more like 10.

There is a website that does a hilarious page-by-page review of the BttF novelization, it sounds truly amazing.

Are we just listing jokes from the movie now? I liked Chris Rock's line about Jesus.

I don't get liking Spike Lee in general and not liking "She Hate Me". I mean, lord knows it's not just you, but to me that is the Spike Leeiest Spike Lee movie since "Jungle Fever". I guess you could look at the Watergate sequence as indulgent, but it has that feeling of Spike Lee just being so angry about something

Is that seriously worse than the WWII movie?

They followed through on Picard and Crusher, inasmuch as she finds out he is in love with her and shoots him down completely and absolutely. It's in the last season, an episode where they wind up stuck on a planet and have a random telepathic connection between them.

I like how you are mad that you have to explain the intricacies of the characters to your friends, but then you get frustrated and confused by the intricate nature of their fairly standard dual-name system.

What were the various storylines last week? I remember Terry's brother-in-law is back, and Holt is inserted directly into that instead of given a storyline. I remember that they're all locked together, and Jake is in charge, and everybody reacts to that. What were the individual storylines to which you refer?

Are you saying that Wedding Crashers isn't semi-forgotten by now?

Not at all, it's an airport novel.

Yeah, I am with you on his novels, the short story of his about the kid and the cardboard box forts in the basement is the best thing he's ever done, and "Locke and Key" is the second.

He pumps out a lot of stuff, but each year there is one "real" novel among them. Mr. Mercedes was him trying to write an airport novel.

For whatever it's worth, as a long-time King fan who has been disappointed every time people say "This one is really good…"

It has been more than a year since Dr. Sleep.

The bad thing is, once in a while he makes a really good joke, and that is why I still follow him, but he definitely absorbed the "Make a whole bunch of jokes and most of 'em aren't good" vibe from MST3k.
