The mingling of tones and genres in this film ends up being pretty disconcerting-I never knew how a scene was going to play out. Sometimes felt like a mashup of PULP FICTION, and, as mentioned, THE WICKER MAN, which is not a bad thing. Also, guy knows how to use a hammer.
