Ranking "all-time" lists is a fool's game. The only one that's in the spot it would be if I ranked them is The Wire.

So in Texas, there are two main types of license plates on cars: these, which always begin with two letters and a number, and these, which always begin with three letters. Around my area, I see a lot of the latter plates that start with either CFS or RCT; for the former, many begin with CZ, followed by either a 7 or 9.

This will not stand. Scooby-Doo is excellent.
