I've listened to some of The Knife; they don't really do it for me. Don't know if I've not heard the right tracks or what, because I really dig the sort of music they do in general. It seems like something I'd like a lot. Maybe I should just dig in and listen more.

QOTSA is an oversight, for sure. Add that to the "still to listen" pile. I'm not familiar with the other two bands enough to say whether they're oversights or just something I'm not interested in. Shall investigate.

I think my live-watching plans fell through due to the hosting couple's anniversary, so I'll be desperately avoiding these boards and possibly tinychat until I can download and watch the episode ASAP.

Kranz eventually got toned down on Dollhouse IIRC, or at least his character was deepened to where it wasn't just "annoyingly wisecracking scientist" and nothing else. Figuring the same thing'll happen with FitzSimmons.

I actually don't disagree with any of these complaints, especially regarding Skye's rebel-to-government-asset turn. That was done way too quickly.

I'll throw a loaf of bread and some nice cheese too. Can't have tomato soup without a good grilled cheese sandwich.

There were any number of Bogie films I debated putting there. Sabrina, In a Lonely Place, Key Largo, The Big Sleep, and Angels with Dirty Faces were all in consideration too.
