I watched all of Destiny of the Daleks a few years ago but other than liking Lalla's pink coat, I appear to have blocked it all out…..

Clara didn't work for a lot of reasons. At first she didn't work because the mystery around her was distancing us from our normal point of view character and then the later iteration of the character didn't work because she was just playing a sort of lesser would-be doctor and because being constantly hit over the

I liked Bill but I feel like the team and Moff were a bit lazy with the opening mystery. I found the episode dragged a bit in the middle. Still they've done the hard bit now and introduced the character to the Doctor and the TARDIS so I'm looking forward to seeing where we go from here.

Yeah there was no need to spoil that.

I liked Bill but there isn't too much to say about the rest of this one. Heather wasn't much of a threat and also felt like the 456th iteration of the "alien just wants to go home" plot. I'm looking forward to the rest of the season but I'm not too interested in the vault mystery since I strongly suspect it's

Try being in England and having to [redacted].

It definitely is. And I did well on the exam in the end which helps ;-p

I feel the same way. But then this book also reminds me of frantically studying for my English Literature AS exam in it which doesn't help ;-)

I really don't get why streaming services don't stream stuff weekly anyway. Assuming someone subscribes to watch one specific thing, it makes more sense to string it out.

Show us them Tetis!

I'll co-sign your post. I studied it for A-Levels and thought it seemed a bit over the top. Now, not so much.

Wilson was interestingly screwed up. But the ending which felt lifted straight out of bad fanfic really soured the show for me and I haven't rewatched it much. I was so hoping they would write the last season that would get Hugh his Emmy finally.

He still has those lovely twinkly eyes :-)

Definitely Dawson. So insufferable the writers mostly wrote him out by the end.

I still haven't watched The Shield yet. I keep meaning to get on that.

There was a point when it felt like Stan was the main character but those times have passed…..

I liked Willow initially but I think the show messed up in exploring her issues which were more to do with craving power and control over others (presumably after feeling relatively powerless) than magic addiction. Also her cutesy "little ole me?" manner was annoying once she started killing people.

I'm really interested to see how Jessica Jones does without Kilgrave. I felt like his story overshadowed hers in the first season which considering the subject matter was unfortunate.

I love Pushing Daisies but I see that as being more of an ensemble show. If you subtracted any of Ned, Chuck, Olive or Emerson it would be a lesser show. Dead Like Me is the same to a lesser extent.

Not necessarily. My first doctor was Ten but Tom Baker is so charming and there are so many classic episodes from his tenure. My favourite of them though is hands down The Deadly Assassin. Although I also have a spot for Five. I love some of the ideas behind those episodes (especially Castrovalva and Enlightenment)
