Speaking of double standards, why is it ok for a Republican opposition to obstruct, block and filibuster but when the Democrats do it, it's suddenly unacceptable?
Who does these studies and how? ;-)
I live in a decaying town so owning :-) To put it in perspective now I have a deposit, a mortgage on a given street is between £200-£500 and the equivalent rental costs here would be £400-£700. And I am not talking about particularly good areas.
I'm sure some of it is me being reserved/slow to trust. I mean, not everyone I grew up with has these problems. Still, it's the way it goes.
I wish she'd been on more than one Dr Katz episode. Also I think she still does a lot of standup.
You might get away with it anyway, a lot of places skim read CVs. I noticed one on mine a few years ago after I'd already got hired.
Don't measure yourself against other people. It's pointless without a time machine and also a lot of people who checked all those boxes (whatever they are for you) have their own stuff and also wish they'd done some things differently.
Better that way than the reverse.
I'm looking at houses but sadly it turns out that I still have a hazy picture of what I want and even I'm not sure what that might be. Maybe the next house will be it……. #delusion
Just a hair's breath of it? ;-) Bleurgh.
I think all younger people have to reconcile sexy fun times with treating the other person like a person the rest of the time. It does not come naturally to everyone.
Actually maybe me ;-) I grew up in such a repressive Roman Catholic environment early on that it often seems to me like I'll have to hope to be less repressed in my next life or something ;-) (I'm not being literal just saying that we don't all grow up in open minded cities and whatnot with healthy attitudes to…
It just sounded like a stereotype to me, once removed. Surely an enduring relationship needs a certain amount of push/pull and if either party is being controlled/disrespected all the time in all aspects of the relationship it isn't healthy?
If you are happy with how you are and how your life goes on, then don't let a holiday largely used as an excuse to sell extra stuff ruin it for you. It's a shame that society still has so much trouble wrapping its collective head around people who either struggle to find someone they really click with or people who…
"While most straight women hate straight male pigs, most straight women want their
men to be pigs—but only now and then, and only for them. A dash of controlled/vestigial piggishness is a desirable trait, not a disqualifying one."
"In all fairness, I'm not very good at it."
Time will tell.
I vaguely remember him. Did they ever explain what the point of it all was by any chance? I get the point of Logan's eeevil plot but I don't fully follow why they wanted to ruin the best plot the show ever did by adding more and more layers to the conspiracy.
I don't disagree with your latter point and I don't understand your former point because I have no idea who Tommy Craggs is.
