I liked it well enough (although the best bit was the gorgeous end credits) but reading some reviews on IMDB, a lot of parents found it too harsh when it moved from books to the screen. I think it was Olaf hitting Klaus, Olaf trying to marry Violet and Olaf putting Sunny in the cage that upset them.

I'm really looking forward to this both for its own sake and because it will mean I survived 2016 ;-)

I watched Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

The later seasons aren't bad or unrealistic but it gets hard/unpleasant watching them make the same mistakes over and over.

Like a lot of people who've commented- I liked Emily and Lorelai's arcs in that order but Rory's storyline felt way off to me. She wasn't written any differently than in S6, when she was eleven years younger.

I think this episode was full of filler but I think it's somewhat realistic to show Rory floundering. A lot of people now, regardless of ability and drive are having trouble making their way.

This episode badly needed editing down.

I love reading these for people who've had really long careers and turned up in a wide variety of stuff :-)

It's bullying plain and simple so I can see how it would be easy for it to be classed as gross misconduct.

It's one of a few pieces of media that totally glosses over the implications of the Trump presidency for half America's population (that is to say women) and that annoyed me.

We aren't a gold standard and we don't have HR as such but colleagues have mine have got in trouble for posting nasty stuff online that was clearly targeted at other people we work with.

I just need the holidays to come now. Work isn't bad but I'm so tired. We've had to work flat out for weeks and I'm running out of steam to do it at this point.
