I've heard a lot of men remark on a woman's appearance when it is unwanted and creepy (when I was going to school springs to mind). That said bragging about committing sexual assault is a few steps on from that.

I'm a 31 year old woman in finance. Some of my shitty colleagues will openly say stuff about the appearance of some of my other colleagues but they at least have never bragged about committing sexual assault and how fun it is to get away with committing sexual assault.
