indeed. I picked up on that when the sardine enters the hotel room. as I understand it, there are hotels with small cubbies, as opposed to rooms, that japanese businessmen sleep in while traveling.

I noticed those on the second viewing. this is definitely an episode that would be enhanced by third and maybe even fourth viewings.

it's disqus. it's brought in all kinds of unsavory types.

which is about the meanest thing you can say to a korean.

he's unhinged. way more so than I thought he'd be. that line caught me off guard and I squeal-giggled, or something.

at least Marti Noxon is still alive.

I don't think this episode is trying to convince you that it didn't.

you needed the floor burger joke explained, and now you need examples of this genre of television show. are you not american, or are you really, really young? I am asking in all sincerity.

APPLICATION REJECTED

the hat throw is clearly an homage to the Mary Tyler Moore show, as she literally throws her beret up in the air during the final scene of the opening credits sequence.

christ, I'm about to watch episode 3 so you guys are killing me right now.

hah! I had to comment simply because shit got much, much worse. and that's precisely the excuse we used to see it last night. we needed to laugh, desperately.

I fucking loved reading this. I don't care a thing about game shows, but this was a fun read. the love in the obsession is evident.

I saw it on a plane in May and it was utter crap. just terrible performances all around. which is odd, because I enjoy nearly every actor in it.

saw it on a plane last month. it is legitimately awful.

god, no.

no excuse.

nah. thanks, though.

s/he said it in a previous comment. do your due diligence before telling people to fuck off, asshole.

nah. thanks, though.
