also, can someone tell me where the cult finds the girls? is there some hang-out in town where wayward girls who lack strong father-figures and are therefore dumb enough to be brainwashed congregate? it just doesn't wash. girls in their 20s don't just show up at farms one day and swallow murder and rape hook, line,

yes. the entire time I watched this movie I tried to think of who Olsen most resembled, and it is most definitely Vera Farmiga.

I just saw it, and I will say that the whole "death is the most beautiful part of life" stuff made me roll my eyes. that's a big part of what was wrong with the dialogue. whoever upstream said "culting for dummies" was spot-on. all in all, a disappointing movie that didn't nearly live up to my expectations.

I can't believe I'm going to admit this, but I'm a 35-year-old, pot-smoking female slacker. they could make a movie about me. I don't know what it is about me, but I simply refuse to accept responsibility. during my twenties and early thirties I did the corporate 9 to 5 thing and made a nice amount of money. however,

one of the best movie lines and still my go-to quote whenever I find myself in a difficult situation.

yes, the photo of the attractive woman smiling heartily is scary. indeed.

agreed. also, this same premise was executed in The 25th Hour. Edward Norton gets his friends to fuck up his face on his first day of prison. why? well, to avoid getting ass-raped there, ultimately.

not that this is important, but I maintain Blake said "prison cock." earlier in the episode, Ders says "dick" and it's not censored, which leads me to believe that in that scene Blake said something else.
