Most early Adult Swim shows were amazing. I mean, they still have some great stuff, (most of their live-action programing, ironically) but shows like Harvey Birdman, Spaceghost, early Aqua Teen, and Sealab were all kinds of awesome.

I prefer Harvey Birdman. It was really funny, plus gave Stephen Colbert a place to do great voicework.
