Oh my lord Binky!  I just had Parm Chocolate on Chocolate ice cream bar and it was like love on a stick!  It had a thick soft chocolate shell outside and then creamy chocolate ice cream inside!  I wanted the fruit ice thing but they didnt have it so I settled.  Haha!
