Heck, I even thought "before" Cece was pretty nice.

I took it as a callback to the sex IOU, like you're supposed to wonder if that's the real gift… Y'know, because she's… fuzzy.
Nick's trying to backtrack after spilling to Paul was great—sitcom 101, sure, but he really sold it. Was laughing the whole time.
I want to be outraged that Allison didn't win, but I can't bring myself to care enough. She's probably better off without the contractual obligations anyway, and she already got all the exposure she ever would anyway. I still hate Lisa though.
Basically worthless?
We're obviously working from different dictionaries (or at least different perspectives), because the "manic comic energy" you mention is exactly how I would define over-the-top, and I'm glad Zooey can't manage that.
I can see Tina and Amy overplaying the character, because they would act comically. Zooey underplays everything, which I much prefer. It's not acting apathy, it's naturalism. Or something.
Whatever, I find this comedy funny, but not the greatest or anything. It makes me laugh half the time, and that's part of what I ask for. Actually, maybe, a little bit more of Jess on the job, but maybe not.
Disagree, and the Mrs. does as well. We tried watching Bones but she said Emily's face was too square. She just couldn't get past it.
If a whole generation gets its ideas from 4Chan, we're going to have a lot more problems than that.
If I stayed away from movies starring people I found personally distasteful… Well, I wouldn't be able to watch movies anymore. Or watch any sports. Or listen to any music.
I don't know who Questionmarkuestlove is; does he have something to do with Awkwardperiod?
I don't care about the anti-Tom Cruise crowd or those who can't look past an actor's beliefs; all I care about it was makes it onscreen, and I actually think the premise sounds pretty cool.
I emphatically do NOT agree. Fey almost gets there, but Poehler isn't even close.
They should just go crazy like SeaQuest and have the plane pulled forward into the future by aliens, and position the retooled second season as a post-apocalyptic thriller, where the only machine that still flies is the Clipper Majestic, becoming the savior to the pockets of humanity scattered over the globe.
Between the hate for Henry here, Zoe on Terra Nova, and Sophia and Carl on The Walking Dead, I'm starting to think the AVC boards are just full of childless grumps who want all TV children to be killed off. Hopefully, the end of one of those children will satisfy the bloodlust for a while.
3. Never gonna happen; kid's Zoe's age are their target audience. (Hank Ankylosaurus is even a reference to a popular PBS cartoon). This is a family show, no two ways about it.
My toddler's favorite show right now is Dinosaur Train.
Fun Fact: there's also an Ankylosaurus on that show named Hank. You know Terra Nova's a show for families when their geek references come from PBS cartoons.
I did the Fellowship and Two Towers extendeds back-to-back right before seeing RotK in theaters. You, sir, are not quite hardcore enough.
If you're non-religious, why would you care if someone points out that Christmas is pagan or not? Shouldn't it make you happy you're not hypocritically celebrating something you don't believe in? You should embrace it's pagan/commercial nature wholeheartedly.
