Yeah, the comedian career talk is only compelling if they are being really honest. (Walking the Room is great for this.) But when it's a list of trivial complaints about the job, with a bit of ass-kissing mixed in - that reminds me too much of my own workplace.

Good to know! I read a post online that said something like "I would never use a sourdough starter that hadn't been fed twice a day for at least 30 days." And that just seemed like⦠an incredible amount of flour to go through.
That's awesome. I sometimes use a few spoonfuls of peanut butter, which, if you don't overdo it, adds an awesome richness to every bite without particularly tasting like peanut butter.
