I didn't even finish Brick, I just wasn't into it. Haven't seen Looper yet.

Oh— my bad. I thought that explanation applied to the "Hurley" album. Though I'd probably throw some lens flares onto the Blue Album too in a perfect world. In fact, LENS FLARES FOR EVERYONE!
Is that true? And why doesn't Weezer know 50+ dudes who piddle around with illicit copies of Photoshop like the rest of us? I would've put a sweet lens flare behind Jorge's ear at least.
I think what your brain is doing is subconsciously imagining Taylor Swift and Olivia Benson. Together. In amorous conditions.
I used to, but really it seems more like a chore now than it used to. Maybe I'm just too old to bother. In fact TURN DOWN THAT RACKET, I'M TRYING TO DRIVE HERE
That's interesting…I wonder if the way I watched the show impacted my perceptions of her character. I came to Lost pretty damn late in the run, watching seasons 1 -5 in a Netflix binge, then watching season 6 as it aired. Maybe the rapid-fire approach softened some of Kate's rough edges…?
I'm curious about this comment, maybe someone can chime in with their thoughts: "It’s tempting to think about what the Kate character might have become if Evangeline Lilly had been up to the challenge in the early days of the show."
"Astrophysics black guy" just kills me.
Ugh! I hate this. Why do I hate this so much? I liked their previous videos, this one is driving me bananas.
Fuck. I knew he was talented but that is ridiculous. I never thought I'd say it, but Weird Al's science is too tight.
I guess I was naïve in thinking he didn't need permission to do his thing…I figured if Al wanted to do your song, Al did your song.
Civilian flair is rare where I live, but I would probably be afraid of getting punched. At least in tailgating a guy in traffic to read his bumper stickers you are afforded the safety of your vehicle.
Shatner's delivery seems a natural fit for the villainelle. Maybe some Gertrude Stein. In fact he could spin any repetitive text into surreal hilarity.
Not sure why, but I'm really amped for this. Hoping Michael Keaton gets some overdue accolades.
"Inherent Vice" was bizarre to me. If there was a theme or purpose it flew over my head; the pulpy aspects of the book never really seemed to gel with anything substantial.
Have not, just checked out the synopsis— definitely something I'll add to my list. Sounds like Douglas Adams doing nihilism.
Oh, one thing I will mention about Satantango: It is pretty bleak. I don't know what your tolerance is for that type of fare, but I could envision it being a bit smothering during a long reading…

Just started "Timequake" by Kurt Vonnegut. Amazing it's taken me this long.
The Elephant Vanishes is one of my favorite short story collections.
