Yeah, as a music educator, I find that jarring. I mean, kids think that way all the time ("Kids: Yeah, yeah, Sectionals, blah blah blah, WAIT WTF?!?"), but it's easy to see that all sectionals is now (as far as plot function goes) is an inevitable waypoint they have to cross sooner or later, much like a TSA patdown

Do you mean to say you're only on a date with said gentleman to use him as a middleman on your quest for your ultimate conquest? Incredibly, I'm so tired right now I can't seem to work any puns into there to make it funny, even just funny-to-me.

I'm positive I've said it before: O'Malley is absolutely incredible in this series. How he is able to play his character so well, I have no idea—and I agree that this season's writing for him hasn't been able to match last season's—but his is the only character to which I still feel emotional reactions (unless you

Unless you want to be disappointed, in which case you will be disappointed that it failed to disappoint, disappointingly enough.

He's the Agoraphobic Cowboy now, perhaps ironically enough.

Today has been a good day to have brought alcohol with me to the office.

Morgan (I think was his name, episode 1) explained that they die and then come back a while later. They don't reanimate immediately, and as I remember the episode ending, there wouldn't have been enough time to to throw in the emotional plot twist of shooting one of your own and give it the (emotional) gravity it

Hip-hop heads sounds like the candy you don't buy at the gas station because you don't know anything about who makes it, or where it's made.

I still haven't seen this movie… :(

One good thing to come of Glee's musical choices this season is that it helps me assess which current tunes are really big out there. In turn, I arrange marching band pep tune versions of those tunes, and my business stays alive. So I am happy about that.

That's pretty much been my approach, except for meeting up—I haven't had practical enough reason to wind up on her side of the country yet.

No, I'm with you there as well. I have a theory that whatever the hell is going on that's tainting the show itself, is also tainting Anders' work on the music. I think I downloaded the tracks from the first episode this season (?) but that's it.

Word.

Yeah, that whole name thing … Chord. Overstreet. I used to think it was only Disney that hired kids with most-likely-made-up names, but go figure, I guess.

Article content + Auto-Recycler-O-Matic content = ?
No, that's all I had to say.

Can we just pause a moment and imagine the scene it would have been if the score used were instead the "Close Encounters" theme, or better yet, the march from "1941"?

Effin' A, Cotton… effin' A…!!!!

Why not? Nothing else sounded artful enough.
