Finally Mad Enough To Post

I know there's evidence that a lot of the Utah/North Arizona polygamists were abusing the heck out of social security and welfare. They had—and still have—local Federal/local government offices staffed with their believers who manipulate the system and cover up illegal acts. I don't know how often the multiple

This was a great kickoff to the new season. I'd been missing this show a lot.
The Halloween episode will air on the 18th of Oct this year, I wonder why is isn't at least being held until the 24th, seems like it would be a strong hold for that night.

I'd think by the time she gets called up to wwe, Emma could have a new character anyway, possibly. And, playing selfishness in an oblivious childlike way would come across different enough—think something like Elmyra from Pinky & the Brain—that it wouldn't read as redundant. Anyway, all speculation far afield. Here's

There are drawbacks to her character. Being so positive, the crowd wants to see her win, but someone who wins all the time becomes awful, or seems entitled (Cena). On the other side, if they lose all too much, it just becomes depressing and the illusion of positiveness can't be kept up. They can do a heel act tho,

Ikiru is one of my fav' movies, and Innuyashiki sounds like one of the more crazy comic ideas, even considering the manga style is chock full of weirder and grosser. I'm interested in how this plays out, but don't want to invest in a 13 part possibly decades long run to find out where it is going. …boy, I'm getting

Noses are weird, in that they have to be there, and feel like a part of the rest of the features and style, but inevitably have to be underplayed and just hinted at, otherwise they take too much attention. They're a facial feature that doesn't do much emoting (especially in lazily drawn comics) compared to eyes and

She's such a breath of fresh air really. One of the most right things WWE has had the luck to stumble into. I know they'll f*ck it up eventually, but whenever I see her hugging lil' kids on the way to ring, or celebrating after matches I get an unfamiliar hopeful feeling about the endless possibilities in pro

This is a great appreciation of one of my all time favorite shows. I'd love to have Elliot and the other creators thoughts on it in detail.

I love that book, and remember the run up to the release w/ bits on Letterman. I actually thought the whole thing was a put on and never bothered to look for a copy.
Couple years later, a huge stack of them turned up at a local dollar store, and I kick myself to this day for only buying 2 copies.

Saw last night that Lucha Underground has been confirmed for a second season. Just an Uproxx thing, don't know how reliable it is. (Still haven't seen more than an ep' and some clips of it. Hope it comes to netflix)

I find the collected version of that Manhunter run in dollar boxes all the time, and buy them just to give out to kids and friends.

Hopefully she'll also play Swayze's role in the inevitable Donnie Darko remake.

its Ms, never call a woman ma'am.

They're such a bargain, even if I pay $5 for a beat up copy, I'm bound to get like 2 solid hours of reading from it, plus rereads. Marvel didn't do as much to brand their oversized mixed bag collections, but they did do the same kind of thing.
I think the best 100 pager I've found so far is a Batman one w/ a reprint

I keep buying my weekly new titles, but lately all I wind up reading are the 100 page DC comics from the 70s, like Batman Family, or Superman. So much joy and silliness.
I am still liking the 2 main Superman titles right now, but they're still backseat to the oversized books I get when I find em for 5 or less.

Happy Labor Day 2015!

Happy Labor Day 2015!

They probably have the production dept do it, instead of the letteter, who is the person they should hire for it. Just a guess tho.

I love it when anybody in wrestling remembers they have to use the tag ropes. It's a small thing, so often ignored, but it means a lot to me.

Pairing him w/ Stardust made more sense than I thought it would, keep them together doing cartoony stuff like this, and it could help give him some badly needed attention/direction.
It felt like a really legit Supervillian team up.
