I think Furries get a lot more flak than they deserve, and it seems to me this kind of attack would get a better investigation if it'd happened to just about any other niche group.

I'm unquestionably glad to be too old to care who or what an Ariana Grande is.
"It doesn’t have to just be My Dinner With Andre: The Game"
Got and read Secret 6 #4, and the first issue of the new Fiona & Cake miniseries. Both were good. S6 was especially fun, but it also felt like fan service. I don't think the series has strong legs under it, but it fan support may be able to keep it going until it gets stable.
I also got Kaijumax #4 which has just been…
who knew Paul Lynde was in Ant-Man!
that did happen, in December:

I suspect cappadocius.

It's basically the D-Man movie we know we've always wanted.
Keep hoping they can come to terms w/ his widow, so there's a DVD/doc on him someday. I love wrestlers who can do comic, lighthearted stuff, and still actually wrestle, so getting to show that to people would be positive remembrance of him.
I sometimes think someone at DC does have a problem with Simone. She's gotten some weird 'bad luck' with her projects there over the years.
It is just okay so far. It has it's head in the right mindset, but some stuff, like setting it in the US seems weak, and there's something way off about the scene transitions on a couple pages of issue 2. Like they had to cut stuff for page count and its super confusing.
Biggest change it making Dirk more of an…
♫ She's come undone do do do do de do do do ♫
I got Dirk Gently #2, and the new Star Trek photonovel. Haven't read either yet, as I was catching up w/ a bunch of other stuff.
I think the problem w/ his Hulk run, and a couple other assignments he's been given since DD took off, is that Marvel expects the same concept to work wherever they plug it in. Making DD a (relatively) happy guy was a nice inversion of 30 years of story in a way that worked. You can't necessarily make that work w/…
Waid has been at the top of his game on DD. If you're not into it, that's one thing, but he's been on a critical and commercial role since returning to Marvel.
who owns Heavy Metal nowdays? I lost track after the guy from TMNT bought/sold it.
The secret identity thing was going to have to roll back eventually, and as a traditionalist I'm glad they're doing it sooner rather than later.
As for being a DA, I do't think it hurts him at all, Murdock has always been about punishing the guilty within the legal system, assuming he's prosecuting actual criminals…
I think Soule is going to have a hard time fighting expectations on this, just because Waide's run was so amazing, and had the benefit of top tier artists. Soule is good, but he isn't Waide, and I'm not familiar w/ Garney, but these samples don't have near the style and panache of Samnee.
Also, if you haven't tried it,…
I love that movie so much. Watch it one a year at least. Not ironically, in summer when AZ is unbearable.
In fact, I'm one of the only few I know who prefer it to Carpenters, more accurate to the short story, yet completely charmless remake.
I was thinking about it the other day, and got surprised how much Ambrose reminds me of later era Brian Pillman after his flying days were over. Most of what I know about Ambrose is his basic 'kinda loony gimmick', that he's a good scrapper, and can take brutal hits like an MF. Why they can't pin some big story on him…
"He's evil, but he'll die, so I like it."
edit: I still don't like it.
