IT'S A FLESH WOUND!!!

Remember that movie Quarantine?  It's probably not really worth remembering, except for the fact that the TV spots did THE EXACT SAME THING and ruined the ending.  Not that it really mattered much, but still…it was annoying.

Interesting.  I thought Cloud Atlas was a mess narratively but moving visually.  To each his own!

But what about Judy Greer???

Yeah I don't know quite why list-makers have clung onto Japandroids and Cloud Nothings but over-looked albums from similarly good rock acts such as King Tuff, Jeff the Brotherhood and P.S. I Love You, to name a few.

I don't think they're terrible so much as over-hyped, and sort of illustrate the problem with rock music in general these days.  The indie-rock press has hailed them as some sort of saviors of rock 'n roll (because rock 'n roll needs saving about every decade or so apparently), but the Strokes they are not.  They do

Did anyone else see Cemetery Junction?  The movie was only average but I thought Felicity Jones was completely adorable in it, enough so that I'm even interested in seeing the above film, which also sounds decidedly average.

Also the Ben Button trailer was pretty cool! (the film was forgettable though)

That reminds me of the promotion of the new Spider-Man movie and all of the "Untold Story" nonsense.  Those marketing assholes must really like fucking with us.

Oh that's right, I guess the tables were turned in the end.  I still kept waiting for Bond to fall during the elevator scene though, or at least envision himself falling.  When he didn't I was like, "Wait…so is he going to fall on the way down?  Is the elevator not going to be working properly?  Will there be another

Ha, I was actually thinking of the one that followed it:
